Owner of Organic wine company Koonara Wines, Dru’s time over the last 20 years building the company has been researching soil, plant & human health, and how they are all interconnected, to create “Ecosystem Organics”.
In 2006, after seeing what damage chemicals and lack of nutrition did to his vineyards, he turned to plant & soil nutrition. His vines now have some of the lowest inputs (1-2 Sprays only) and highest health levels (14.5 leaf Brix) of any vineyard in Australia.
NatureCare Capital was set up to transition farmers into profits from Carbon credits without the financial risk.
